He won a Certificate of Appreciation from the First National Hydrogen Conference from the Malek Ashtar University of Technology.

Damon focused his research on Polytetramethylene Glycol (PTMG) elastomers. He was recognized as a Chair Member of a Universities of Scotland Conference on Inorganic Chemistry in 2011.

Sahar holds a master's degree in Information Technology Engineering and E-commerce. Sahar's profound knowledge and expertise revolve around the management and operations of a cold storage company in Iran. She conducted extensive research on cold storage management and business strategies in 2010

As an Agriculture Engineer focusing on Plant Pathology, Ensiyeh has more than 15 years of experience in this field. She started her career in 2006 as a plant protection manager at Tehran Municipality. She has held several operational positions, including plant clinic manager, plant production specialist, and technical office manager for urban green space. Her extensive training led her to gain certifications in Chemical and Microbial Analysis, Health Safety and Environmental Management, Contaminants & Environmental Pollution.
